Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Each FELINE piece is handmade and may be one of a kind or made to order. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, returns, refunds and defective items.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and have a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is received.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement.
You can do this by email, by using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website, or by using the model withdrawal form provided below.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period has expired.
2. Refund After Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method are not refundable.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
3. Returning an Item
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Original packaging is not required, but please package the item securely to prevent damage during transport.
You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
4. Custom and Personalised Pieces
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to an individual choice or specification by the customer, or that are clearly personalised to the customer’s individual needs.
This may include, for example, pieces specifically created according to individual measurements, individually requested designs, materials, colours or other personal specifications.
Where this exception applies, this will be clearly indicated before purchase.
Please note that an item is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal simply because it is handmade or made to order. Made-to-order products based on a standard design or standard options remain subject to the statutory right of withdrawal unless the legal requirements for a personalised product are met.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain fully unaffected by this return policy.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact felinedeilmann@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, include photographs of the item and packaging so that the issue can be assessed quickly.
If a parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment and provide the appropriate solution.
Any request to contact us promptly does not limit or shorten your statutory rights regarding defective goods.
6. Handmade Nature of the Products
Every FELINE piece is handmade. Small variations in texture, shape, colour, stitching or other details may therefore occur between individual pieces.
Such variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not necessarily defects where the product otherwise corresponds to its description and agreed characteristics.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective or does not correspond to what was agreed or advertised.
7. No Additional Voluntary Return Period
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, FELINE does not offer an additional voluntary return or refund period beyond the rights provided by applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, your rights regarding defective goods or any other mandatory consumer rights.
